Quantum Creations Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the WingMate mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
Screenshots and Images: When you use WingMate, you may upload screenshots of dating app conversations or profiles. These images are processed in real-time to generate reply suggestions and are NOT stored on our servers. Images are transmitted securely, processed immediately, and discarded.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics such as feature usage frequency and app performance metrics to improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, Apple processes all payment information. We only receive confirmation of your purchase status and do not have access to your payment details.
Local Data: Your conversation history and preferences are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to delete the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App’s functionality
- Process your screenshots to generate personalized reply suggestions
- Process in-app purchases and manage your subscription
- Improve and optimize the App’s performance

3. Third-Party Services
Anthropic (Claude AI): We use Anthropic’s Claude AI to analyze screenshots and generate reply suggestions. Your images are sent securely to Anthropic’s API for processing. Apple Services: We use Apple’s StoreKit for in-app purchases. All payment processing is handled by Apple according to their privacy policy.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
- No server-side storage of your screenshots or personal content
- Secure API communication with industry-standard protocols
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
- Screenshots are processed in real-time and immediately discarded after generating replies. We do not retain copies of your images.
- Local history stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Anonymous usage analytics may be retained for up to 12 months.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and delete your locally stored data by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling
- Opt out of analytics by disabling app analytics in your device settings
- Request information about what data we have collected

7. Children’s Privacy
WingMate is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
