Q: What is FightLab AI?

A: FightLab AI is an AI-powered mobile app that analyzes MMA fight videos to provide tactical insights, identify patterns, and generate round-by-round game plans. It’s designed for fighters and coaches to study opponents and improve strategy.

Q: What devices are supported?

A: FightLab AI requires:

• iOS 16.0 or later
• iPhone SE (2nd gen) or newer
• iPad Air (3rd gen) or newer
• At least 1GB of free storage space

Q: How do I use FightLab AI?

A: Simple 4-step process:

1. Purchase analysis credits (or subscribe to Monthly Pro)
2. Upload a fight video from your library or record new footage
3. Configure the analysis (select fighter, rounds, your role)
4. Receive a detailed analysis report in 2-3 minutes

Q: What’s included in an analysis?

A: Each analysis includes:

✓ Fighting style breakdown (primary/secondary styles, stance)
✓ Top 5 strengths with specific techniques
✓ Top 5 weaknesses and vulnerabilities
✓ Mistake patterns with frequency data

Q: How does the credits system work?

A:

• Each fight analysis costs 1 credit
• Single purchases: Credits are used once and gone
• 3-Pack credits: Never expire, can be used anytime
• Subscription credits: 6 credits added each month, don’t roll over
• You can see your current credit balance on the Home screen

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refund policy:

• Unused credits: Refundable within 14 days of purchase
• Used credits: Non-refundable (analysis already completed)
• Subscriptions: No refund for current period, cancel anytime to stop future charges
• Technical failures: If analysis fails due to our error, credit is automatically refunded

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A:

1. Open Settings app on your iPhone/iPad
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap “Subscriptions”
4. Select “FightLab AI – Monthly Pro”
5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Q: How do I restore my purchases?

A:

1. Open FightLab AI
2. Tap the Paywall/Purchase screen
3. Tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom
4. Wait for confirmation

Note: Only non-consumable purchases (3-Pack) and subscriptions can be restored. Single analysis credits cannot be restored once used.

📹 VIDEO UPLOAD & ANALYSIS

Q: What video formats are supported?

A:

• Formats: MP4, MOV
• Max Duration: 15 minutes
• Max File Size: 500 MB
• Recommended: Horizontal (landscape) orientation
• Quality: 720p or higher for best results

Q: Can I upload professional UFC/Bellator fights?

A: ⚠️ Copyright Notice:

NO – You cannot upload copyrighted professional fights (UFC, Bellator, ONE Championship, PFL, etc.) without explicit permission from the rights holder.

Acceptable videos:
✓ Your own training footage
✓ Amateur fights (with fighter consent)
✓ Sparring sessions (with consent)
✓ Publicly available non-copyrighted footage

Q: How long does analysis take?

A: Analysis time:

• Short videos (3-5 min): ~2 minutes
• Medium videos (5-10 min): ~3-4 minutes
• Long videos (10-15 min): ~5-6 minutes

Tip: Keep the app open during analysis for fastest results. You’ll see real-time progress updates.

Q: What if my video is longer than 15 minutes?

A: Videos longer than 15 minutes are not supported. Options:

• Trim the video: Use your phone’s video editor to cut it to 15 minutes
• Focus on key rounds: Analyze the most important 3-5 rounds
• Multiple analyses: Split into multiple videos and analyze separately

Q: Can I analyze both fighters in one video?

A: Yes! When configuring analysis, select “Both Fighters” option. This will:

• Analyze both fighters’ styles
• Compare strengths and weaknesses
• Provide matchup-specific insights

Note: “Both Fighters” analysis still costs only 1 credit.

Q: How is my video stored?

A: Video storage details:

• Location: Secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
• Encryption: Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Retention: Automatically deleted after 30 days
• Access: Only accessible by our AI processing system
• Privacy: Never shared with third parties

📊 ANALYSIS REPORTS

Q: How do I save an analysis report?

A: Reports are automatically saved to “My Analyses” on the Home screen. You can:

• View saved reports anytime (tap to open)
• Export as PDF for sharing
• Delete reports you no longer need

Storage: Reports are saved locally on your device (not in cloud).

Q: Can I share reports with my coach?

A: Yes! Multiple sharing options:

• PDF Export: Tap the PDF icon to generate a shareable PDF
• Share button: Use the share icon to send via email, Messages, etc.
• Screenshot: Take screenshots of specific sections

Q: What if I disagree with the analysis?

A: AI analysis is a tool, not gospel truth. Remember:

• Analysis is based on video only – it may miss context
• Your coaches have insights the AI cannot access
• Always prioritize professional coaching judgment
• Use the report as ONE input among many

If you believe there’s a technical error, contact support with specifics.

Q: Can I edit or customize the report?

A: Currently, reports cannot be edited within the app. However, you can:

• Export as PDF and annotate using PDF tools
• Copy specific sections (long-press text)
• Take screenshots and mark them up

🔧 TECHNICAL ISSUES

Q: The app crashed during analysis. Did I lose my credit?

A: No worries! If analysis fails due to:

• App crash
• Network error
• Server issue

Your credit is automatically refunded. Check your balance on the Home screen. If it wasn’t refunded, contact support.

Q: Video upload failed. What should I do?

A: Troubleshooting steps:

1. Check file size: Must be under 500 MB
2. Check duration: Must be under 15 minutes
3. Check format: Must be MP4 or MOV
4. Check internet: Requires stable WiFi or cellular
5. Free up storage: Ensure device has 1GB+ free space
6. Restart app: Force close and reopen FightLab AI

Still not working? Contact support with error details.

Q: Analysis is taking too long (over 10 minutes)

A: If analysis exceeds 10 minutes:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Ensure app is in foreground (not backgrounded)
3. Wait up to 15 minutes total
4. If still processing after 15 min, contact support

Your credit will be refunded if analysis fails to complete.

Q: App won’t install or update

A: Solutions:

• Check iOS version (requires iOS 16.0+)
• Free up device storage (need 500MB+ free)
• Restart device
• Sign out and back into App Store

Q: I can’t access camera/photo library

A: Grant permissions:

1. Go to Settings (iOS Settings, not app settings)
2. Scroll down and tap “FightLab AI”
3. Enable “Camera” and “Photos” permissions
4. Return to app and try again

Q: How do I delete my data?

A: To delete all your data:

1. Open FightLab AI
2. Go to Settings → Data
3. Tap “Delete All Saved Analyses”
4. Confirm deletion
5. Delete the app from your device
6. Email quantumcreations.app@gmail.com to request deletion of server data

Note: Uploaded videos are automatically deleted after 30 days anyway.

Q: Can I use FightLab AI on multiple devices?

A: Yes, with limitations:

• 3-Pack purchases: Can be restored on other devices with same Apple ID
• Subscriptions: Work on all devices with same Apple ID
• Single purchases: Cannot be restored (consumable)
• Saved reports: Stored locally per device (not synced)
