Quantum Creations Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the FightLab AI mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
⚠️ Important: By using FightLab AI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the App.
- INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Video Content
- Fight Videos: When you upload fight videos for analysis, we temporarily store these videos on secure cloud servers (Cloudflare R2)
- Video Metadata: Information about uploaded videos including file size, duration, upload date, and format
- Analysis Configuration: Your selections including which fighter to analyze, fight duration (3 or 5 rounds), and your role (fighter, coach, or general user)
1.2 Account Information
- Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases processed through Apple’s App Store
- Credits Balance: Number of available analysis credits in your account
- Analysis History: Saved analysis reports and their associated data
1.3 App Usage Data
- Device Information: iOS version, device model, and app version
- Usage Statistics: Number of analyses performed, features used, and app interactions
- Error Logs: Technical diagnostic data to help us fix bugs and improve performance
1.4 Information We DO NOT Collect
We explicitly DO NOT collect:

2.1 Primary Purposes
- Video Analysis: Process uploaded fight videos using AI (Claude API by Anthropic) to generate tactical analysis and strategic recommendations
- Service Delivery: Provide, maintain, and improve the App’s functionality
- Customer Support: Respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance
2.2 Secondary Purposes
- Performance Optimization: Analyze usage patterns to improve AI accuracy and app performance
- Bug Fixes: Identify and resolve technical issues
- Feature Development: Understand which features are most valuable to users

3.1 Video Storage
- Cloud Storage: Videos are temporarily stored on Cloudflare R2, a secure cloud storage service
- Encryption: All videos are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- Automatic Deletion: Videos are automatically deleted after 30 days from upload date
- Geographic Location: Data is stored in data centers located in North America (Eastern region)
3.2 Analysis Reports
- Local Storage: Analysis reports are stored locally on your device
- User Control: You can delete saved reports at any time through the App
- No Cloud Backup: Reports are not automatically backed up to cloud services
3.3 Security Measures

- THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use the following third-party services to operate FightLab AI:
4.1 Anthropic (Claude API)
- Purpose: AI-powered video analysis and report generation
- Data Shared: Video frames extracted from your uploaded videos

- Data Retention: Anthropic does not retain video data after processing
4.2 Cloudflare R2
- Purpose: Temporary video storage
- Data Shared: Uploaded fight videos

- Data Retention: 30 days maximum, then automatically deleted
4.3 Apple App Store
- Purpose: In-app purchase processing and app distribution
- Data Shared: Purchase transaction data (managed by Apple)

4.4 Render.com
- Purpose: Backend server hosting
- Data Shared: Video processing requests and analysis configurations

5.1 We DO NOT Sell Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or video content to third parties for marketing purposes.
5.2 When We May Share Information
We may disclose your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party services listed in Section 4 to operate the App
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government regulation
- Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantum Creations Studio, our users, or others
- Business Transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you)
- YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
6.1 Access and Control
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: View all your saved analysis reports in the App
- Delete: Delete individual reports or all saved analyses through Settings
- Export: Export analysis reports as PDF files
- Data Portability: Request a copy of your data by contacting support
6.2 Video Deletion
- Videos are automatically deleted after 30 days
- You cannot manually delete videos before 30 days (technical limitation)
- Once deleted, videos cannot be recovered
6.3 Account Deletion
To delete all your data:
- Go to Settings → Data → “Delete All Saved Analyses”
- Delete the App from your device
- Contact support at quantumcreations.app@gmail.com to request deletion of any remaining server data
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
FightLab AI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
- INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to North America and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:
- Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy
- Displaying a notification in the App
- For material changes, requiring you to accept the new policy before continuing to use the App
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
- SECURITY INCIDENT RESPONSE
In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your information, we will:
- Notify affected users within 72 hours of discovering the breach
- Provide details about what information was affected
- Explain steps we’re taking to address the breach
- Offer guidance on how to protect yourself
