Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using InterviewPro AI (the “App”), operated by Quantum Creations Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
InterviewPro AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered interview preparation tools, including:
- Real Interview Mode – Simulated interview sessions with an AI interviewer, including scoring and feedback
- Mock Interview Mode – Guided practice sessions with an AI interview coach
- Quick Answer Mode – Instant AI-generated responses to specific interview questions
- Voice Interaction – Speech-to-text input and AI text-to-speech responses
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Credits and Pricing
3.1 Free Tier
New users receive 1 free credit upon first installation. Free credits do not expire.
3.2 Credit Packs (One-Time Purchases)

3.4 Message Limits
- Credit Users: One credit is consumed when a session starts. Each session allows up to 10 user messages.
- Pro Subscribers: Up to 100 user messages per calendar month across all sessions. Message limits reset on the first day of each month.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Auto-Renewal
Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal at the then-current price.
4.2 Managing Subscriptions
You may manage or cancel subscriptions via Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains active until that time.
4.3 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not issue refunds directly.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing. Any changes will apply at the start of the next billing period after notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful interview preparation purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Bypass credits, subscriptions, or message limits
- Submit abusive, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Generate content that violates third-party rights
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Commercially redistribute AI-generated content without attribution
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s infrastructure
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important Notice:
All interview feedback, coaching, scoring, and answer suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided:
- For practice and preparation purposes only
- Without guarantees of interview success or employment outcomes
- Not as professional career, legal, or expert advice
- Based on general patterns, not company-specific hiring criteria
Interview scores and recommendations are simulated and should be used as general guidance only. We strongly encourage users to supplement AI practice with human mentorship and professional career coaching.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Property
The App, including its design, code, features, name, and branding, is owned by Quantum Creations Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as interview responses). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide App functionality.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated responses and feedback are provided for personal use. You may use and share this content for your own interview preparation.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled and protected. By using the App, you consent to those practices.
9. Service Availability
- The App requires an internet connection for AI features
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or external factors
- We rely on third-party services (including Apple, OpenAI, and hosting providers)
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”
- WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHSPRECEDING THE CLAIM
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Creations Studio and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable when termination is for cause.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quantum Creations Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates are effective upon posting with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Apple-Specific Terms
If downloaded from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Quantum Creations Studio, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance
- Apple is not responsible for claims related to the App
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
