Audio Recordings
- Audio recordings you create using the App are stored locally on your device
- We do NOT upload or store your audio recordings on our servers
- Audio recordings remain entirely on your device unless you choose to export or share them
Transcripts
- Transcripts generated from your recordings are stored locally on your device
- When you use AI features, your transcript text is temporarily sent to our servers for processing
- Transcripts are processed in real-time and are NOT permanently stored on our servers
AI Feature Requests
- When you use AI features (summary, notes, flashcards, etc.), your transcript content is sent to our backend servers
- This data is forwarded to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing
- Neither we nor our AI provider permanently store your transcript content after processing

Device Information
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Unique device identifiers (for app functionality only)
Usage Data
- Features used within the App
- Frequency and duration of use
- Error logs and crash reports
- Credit usage and purchase history
Analytics

3. Purchase Information
- Purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store
- We receive confirmation of purchases but do NOT receive or store your payment information (credit card numbers, etc.)
- Apple handles all payment processing according to their Privacy Policy
