Welcome to WeightEase. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeightEase mobile application (the “App”), operated by Quantum Creations Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using WeightEase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using WeightEase, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
2. Description of the Service
WeightEase is a wellness and weight-management application that provides:
- AI-generated daily meal and activity plans
- Weight tracking and progress monitoring
- Daily check-ins for wellness metrics (weight, energy, sleep, and stress)
- AI-powered chat assistance for general health and wellness guidance
- Activity scheduling and completion tracking
WeightEase is intended for general wellness purposes only.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Some features may require account creation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your information up to date
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at quantumcreations.app@gmail.com.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Premium Subscription
WeightEase offers a paid subscription (“WeightEase Premium”) that unlocks features such as AI-powered plan generation and regeneration.
4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
- All payments are processed by the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually)
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
4.3 Price Changes
Subscription prices may change. Any changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle, with notice provided by Apple where required.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to App Store policies.
We do not issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use WeightEase for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and only in accordance with these Terms.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt app functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove proprietary notices or branding
- Use automated tools or bots without permission
- Share paid subscription access
- Misrepresent your identity or health data

6.1 Not Medical Advice
WeightEase does NOT provide medical advice.
- Content is for general wellness and informational purposes only
- AI-generated suggestions are not medical recommendations
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or wellness program
- Never ignore professional medical advice because of information from this App
6.2 Assumption of Risk
By using WeightEase, you acknowledge that:
- You use the App at your own risk
- Results may vary and are not guaranteed
- You are responsible for evaluating whether activities are appropriate for your health
6.3 Health Conditions
If you have medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns:
- Consult a healthcare professional before use
- Accurately disclose relevant information
- Skip or modify any activity that may not be suitable
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All content, features, designs, and functionality of WeightEase are owned by Quantum Creations Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal use only.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App
- Use our trademarks or branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
8. User Content
8.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of personal data you enter.
You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to operate and improve the App.
8.2 Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or obligation.
9. Third-Party Services
9.1 AI Services
WeightEase uses third-party AI services to generate plans and insights. Use of these features is subject to applicable third-party terms.
9.2 Apple App Store
Your use of WeightEase is also governed by Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Creations Studio shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
- Personal injury or health-related issues
- Reliance on App content or AI suggestions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantum Creations Studio from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any third-party rights
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may stop using WeightEase at any time by uninstalling the App and canceling subscriptions.
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your conduct:
- Violates these Terms
- Is harmful to users or systems
- Is unlawful or abusive
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license ends
- Outstanding obligations remain
- Legal sections survive termination
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the App with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba, Canada, unless consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
