Welcome to StudyLens! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StudyLens mobile application (the “App”) operated by Quantum Creations Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using StudyLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
StudyLens is an AI-powered educational application that helps users learn by analyzing images of study materials, providing explanations, generating summaries, and creating practice quizzes.
The service is designed to supplement, not replace, traditional learning methods.
3. User Accounts and Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
StudyLens offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free Trial
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use StudyLens to:
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Share or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the AI technology
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Circumvent any security measures or usage limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
Our Content
The StudyLens app, including its design, features, AI technology, and content, is owned by Quantum Creations Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of images and materials you upload. By using StudyLens, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: StudyLens uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, summaries, and quizzes.
• While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors
• Users should verify important information with authoritative sources
• StudyLens is a study aid and should not be the sole source of academic information
• The AI may misinterpret handwritten text, complex diagrams, or unusual formatting
Do not rely on StudyLens for:
• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Legal advice or interpretation
• Financial advice or guidance
• Professional certification exam preparation without additional study
7. Academic Integrity
StudyLens is intended to help you learn and understand material, not to:
• Complete assignments or homework for you
• Provide answers during exams or tests
• Enable academic dishonesty or cheating
• Violate your school’s honor code or academic integrity policies
You are responsible for understanding and complying with your institution’s academic integrity policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
StudyLens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:
• Academic outcomes, lost data, or interruption of service
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudyLens, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of StudyLens at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to StudyLens immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
